LIMITATION ON BILL OF RIGHTS LIABILITY
Bill of Rights’s liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited in the aggregate to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by Bill of Rights from Subscriber. Bill of Rights will not be liable for consequential, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, or indirect damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of or reliance upon any material provided by Bill of Rights. Without limitation, Bill of Rights shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages related to, either directly or indirectly, (1) any decline in market value or loss of any investment; (2) a subscriber’s inability to use or any delay in accessing the Bill of Rights website or any other source of material provided by Bill of Rights; (3) any absence of material on the Bill of Rights website; (4) Bill of Rights’ failure to deliver or delay in delivering any material or (5) any kind of error in transmission of material; or (6) the use by a subscriber of any research to invest in any way which may be deemed unsuitable in accordance with certain industry standards. Bill of Rights and Subscriber acknowledge that, without limitation, the above-enumerated conditions cannot be the probable cause of any breach of any agreement between Bill of Rights and Subscriber. “No-risk” and “risk-free” refer solely to the subscription price refund policy.

ANY AND ALL MATERIAL PROVIDED BY BILL OF RIGHTS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND BILL OF RIGHTS MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
Not withstanding any other agreement or other communications between Bill of Right sand Subscriber to the contrary, receipt or use of any material provided by Bill of Rights, at any time and through any means, whether directly or indirectly, represents acknowledgement by such person of this disclaimer and agreement with its terms and conditions.
Bill of Rights Products carry a standing Forty Five (45) Day refund period from the date of purchase. This includes Gold Profit Formula, Gold Kit, as well as all other Bill of Rights products. The exceptions are the products 40 Days and 40 Nights, Grow Your Own Groceries, When The Food Runs Out, Gone Before Gridlock , Secrets of The Bill of Rights, The New Five Flags, and The Independent Alliance Inner Circle, and all $7 reports, which have a refund policy of Sixty (60) Days. Also, The Lamplighter Society Newsletter, and The Independent Alliance both have a refund period of Thirty (30) Days. If a physical product has been purchased, the customer care department will issue a RMA number. When customers receive a RMA number, they are required to return the contents in full to the following address: 4210 South Industrial Dr. Suite 140 Austin, TX 78744.
